For years I bounced around from mastermind to live event to coaching program searching for the women who valued the same kinda things I did: conversations with depth, female friendships that felt nourishing, a well placed F bomb (or two), lavish experiences, and emotional, financial, and personal freedom.
After struggling to find exactly what I was looking for, I caved and settled for Zoom conversations, DM threads, and voice texts.
But it didn’t cut it. I wanted more. I wanted to surround myself with expanders.
Fast forward to March 2019 and I was on the back of a motorcycle riding through the rice fields of Bali with my husband when the idea struck me like a bolt of lightning.

I wanted to surround myself with expanders.
Fast forward to March 2019 and I was on the back of a motorcycle riding through the rice fields of Bali with my husband when the idea struck me like a bolt of lightning.
The Beginnings
I excitedly told my husband “I feel like I just had a full body intuitive hit to start hosting luxury retreats for women making a million dollars or more, and I think I’m going to call it ‘Millionaire Girls Club’!”
And even though I was lit-the-eff-up at the idea, if I’m being really real with you…
The vision of MGC intimidated me.
You see, I had a past full of strained and isolating experiences with female friendships, which made me a little nervous to actually move forward on the idea.
After nearly 2 years of brushing it off, I couldn’t shake it anymore.
I knew this was what I was meant to do.
So in 2021 I officially launched Millionaire Girls Club and sold out my first ever retreat in Costa Rica with 14 powerhouse women from all different backgrounds, industries, and business models.
As the retreat rolled around I noticed myself saying to my husband, “I think I’ll just run this one. I don’t need to go all in with it, we have such a good thing going with Screw The Nine To Five”...
The First Retreat
Again, there I was trying to hide from my calling. Using everything I could to protect my heart.
But the second the retreat kicked off, I knew I was all in.
Those 5 days in Costa Rica changed all 15 of us.
The conversations were unlike anything I had been a part of before…
Selling businesses for tens of millions of dollars? Check!
Building wealth and leveraging tax efficient strategies? You know it.
Recruiting CEOs, scaling our teams, leading movements, and navigating partnerships? We dug into all of it while sailing on a 45 foot yacht.
Strengthening our marriages, traveling the world with our kids, and opening up around intimacy? We talked about it openly and transparently.
And in that moment, I knew there was going back.
I was all in, and I was ready to become the version of myself who led this powerful movement of visionaries, game changers and difference makers.
